A simple “face-lift” adds some extra life to this dated kitchen

Painting the existing cabinets, adding new black granite countertops and a glass backsplash add years to this kitchen. We also removed the drop ceiling to add some much needed height to the room. The home owner, who lives here several months out of the year, just wanted to update the kitchen without completely remodeling the space.
