A few of our projects on the boards at Jason Ball Interiors
John's Landing condo gets an update for new owners. This condo overlooking the Willamette River in John's Landing had some unusual choices made in past remodels. The new owners want to make it there own. With a facelift in the kitchen, two full bathrooms and a powder room, the condo will become a perfect place to enjoy evenings looking out over the water and entertaining family and friends. Couple with a contemporary home in Lake Oswego needs new furniture to match style of house. Sometimes changing homes means you have to change furniture as well. This might be because the size and shape of the pieces don't fit the new house, or maybe it's time for a stylistic change. The latter is the case for this couple. Moving from a NE bungalow to a contemporary home in Lake Oswego means new furniture, new decorating scheme. St. Helens, Oregon. Floating house gets a contemporary update. A couple and their two dogs enjoying life on the water are ready to update their floating home to make their home more functional while bringing in interesting contemporary touches. This is when being an interior designer is such a treat. Cable railings throughout the home, new wood flooring, a new fireplace and surround, new countertops, back splash and appliances will make an immediate difference in the feel and function. Tigard home's dated kitchen is converted to a beautiful, contemporary space. To celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary, this couple gave themselves a kitchen remodel - and we're not skimping at all. With black walnut cabinetry, stainless steel appliances granite countertops and a much approved lighting plan, this kitchen will become a luxurious space for entertaining and family gathering alike. We're throwing in a few unexpected design twists, so stay tuned. Master bathroom in Vancouver, WA given a European/Parisian flair. What started with need for a change in flooring has expanded to a full remodel of the master bathroom. This well-traveled couple wants to bring a particular Parisian look to this space - imagine a high-end apartment in Paris. Should be spectacular! Newberg, Oregon. Contemporary home's main fireplace is transformed into a contemporary focal point. With traditional casework and moldings, this fireplace belongs in a different home and for a different couple. These art collectors want a fireplace worthy of being among their art collection. I'm sure something interesting and truly unique will come out of the design process. This project is phase 2 - phase 1 consisted of a large-scale master bathroom and closet remodel, with custom cherry cabinetry, full glass enclosed shower, and custom pendant lights and chandelier (designed by Jason Ball Interiors, manufactured by Vitreluxe Glass Works and Namuh Design) Northeast Portland. Master bedroom converted into a true master suite. Many older homes only have bathrooms on the main floor or in the basement. That is the case in this Sears catalog home built in the 1920s. We will be adding a bathroom upstairs as part of a master suite remodel. At the same time, we'll be completely remodeling the bathroom on the main floor. Thankfully they have a bathroom in the basement to use while the other two are under construction. Historic office location in the Brewery Blocks becomes a creative and eclectic work space for a clothing manufacturer. With exposed brick walls, a copper steam vent pipe and strong architectural features, this commercial space will be decorated with eclectic furniture and functional work stations to encourage creativity and team involvement. Church in Gresham is given a contemporary and more youthful aesthetic with paint colors, flooring and custom art. This church realized that their current decorating scheme is not only out of date, but isn't pleasing to the more youthful members of the congregation. Jason Ball Interiors is bringing in a modern paint color scheme to highlight the strong architecture of the building, along with some custom art, much-needed space planning and custom information desks. The result will be a warm, inviting and contemporary space fitting of this modern-day church. Restaurant in NE Portland gets a new owner and a much deserved facelift. This mainstay restaurant of NE Portland is getting a new look, new menu and new name. By updating the lighting, paint colors and art work, this restaurant will get a brand new life. |
