JASON BALL interiors is working on a full slate of exciting projects right now. Here are a few of the projects on the boards.

Full-scale remodel of vintage home with a view. Overlooking the South Waterfront neighborhoods and with a spectacular view of Mt. Hood, this home is getting a full remodel from top to bottom. The design goal is to bring the home back to some semblance of it's previous glory with a timeless and contemporary feel. Updated surfaces will be combined with traditional design elements to create a beautiful and elegant (yet easy to live in) home.

Historic home gets an updated decorative scheme. Being given the opportunity to work in a home on the National Registry of Historic Homes is a once in a lifetime occurrence. From the moment you enter the foyer (yes, an actual foyer!), the history of the home is evident. Built in 1904 and having gone through multiple configuration, state of repair/disrepair, the home is now a showcase of craftsmanship and tender loving restoration. The current owners have hired JBi to bring in an updated decorative scheme for the main floor. We'll focus on contemporary shapes and colors with nods to tradition.

Southern Oregon update with real style. It's not everyday that designers get to work with clients who are willing to push the design boundaries. So as to not give away too many details, this update will bring some real style to this 20 year old home. The kitchen and family room are getting the royal treatment with one-of-a-kind materials and design elements. Black cabinetry, metal island legs and stunning Thassos marble tile for the backsplash are just the beginning. A full range of elegant furnishings will be layered in to create a true custom and personal look for this family.

Atlanta, GA home home gets the details finalized. This beautiful custom home on a lake near Atlanta, Georgia only needs some final details to really make it a showcase. As sometimes happens, life gets in the way in finishing out a home. This client has asked JASON BALL interiors to bring in the finishing design elements to make it feel complete. Family room, master bedroom and outdoor spaces will all receive care and attention. The real statement, however, will be a converted office as a salon of sorts. Using beautiful vintage Art Deco chairs as the inspiration, the room will be given an edgy style for entertaining small groups.

Portland home with a view is updated for the new owners. Designed by a regional famous architect, this home with a view of all of Portland and Mt. Hood needs just a bit of tender loving care. The living and dining rooms, along with the entry will get new furnishings to create livable spaces with an eye for entertaining. Some minor reworking in the kitchen adds some added functionality and better flow in the space.

Home on the Columbia updated for an active family. After having lived in the home for a few months, this young family sought out JASON BALL interiors to bring in the final details for their home. New layouts and furnishings in the family room, dining room and master bedroom will bring a young, fresh aesthetic to the home. In the basement, a new bar is being designed around the family's love of entertaining and sporting events.

Basement turned into an urban loft. If you live in an older home with limited space on the main floor, why not take advantage of the square footage often available in the basement. The couple didn't want to live in the downtown area, so they found a great older home in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood. But, they really love the idea of urban lofts. So, we're taking on the task of creating an urban loft in the basement complete with a hidden laundry room, wet bar, home office and entertainment area. The guest suite get a little attention as well, with a completely remodeled and expanded bathroom.

These are just a few examples of the type of work JASON BALL interiors completes. We look forward to adding your project to your list.
